Hiring Process- FAQ
What is the hiring process like?
The hiring process varies depending on the position; however, for all teaching roles, it involves several steps. This includes submitting a resume, completing an application, participating in a prescreen interview with a GLA Recruiter. Following a successful screening, candidates will be asked to complete a demonstration lesson, followed by a second interview with members of the administration/ leadership team, and finally, a concluding Executive interview.
